Return Policy

  • Please get in touch with us within the return window if your product arrives damaged or defective. You may be eligible to receive a refund, depending on your product condition and product category. See the details below for the appropriate type.
  • Please read the delivery costs and criteria carefully before you buy a product. You can only buy the product if you are satisfied.
  • If the product is “No Longer Needed”, some products may not be eligible for return.
  • If the product is not correct when it was delivered, pesticides cannot be returned.
  • We will refer you to the brand warranty centre if there are any issues with Hybrid seeds or seeds after the return window’s use or expiration.
  • You cannot return certain items that are marked as non-returnable on the product pages. You can view the complete list of things items.

Note: This policy does not apply to “Overseas Products”.

There are valid reasons to return an item.

1- The delivered product is damaged (physically broken or destroyed) / defective (dead upon arrival).

2- The delivered product must be described or presented on the website.

You have no use for the delivered product/you have changed your mind /you do not like the product after opening it) – only for certain products, you have purchased on the Kissan Shop website.
