NO AGENCY

This Agreement intends or creates no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship.

NOTICES

Notifications will be sent to the email address and mobile number you provided to Kissan Shop during registration. Unless the sending party is informed that the email address has been invalidated, notice shall be considered given within 24 hours. We may also send legal messages by registered mail to the address you provided during registration. Notifications sent by registered mail to you will be considered received three days after they are posted.

TERMINATION

We may terminate these Terms and Conditions without notice or take away any or all rights you have under them. You will immediately stop accessing and using the Site. We may also immediately remove any passwords or account identifications you have received and deprive you of access to this Site. It will not affect any rights or obligations, including payment obligations, of the parties that were in effect before the termination date. Further, you agree that the Site will not be held responsible for any suspension or termination. You have the sole and only remedy if you are unhappy with the Site, any terms, conditions, rules, policies or guidelines or practices.

USER’S DATA/DELETION

You can create an account at Kissanshop.com using your email address, Facebook, Google, or Apple account. Users can create an account to place orders on Kissanshop.com. In the “My Account” section, they can view their order history and keep a record. Your data is used to keep track of your orders and contact you regarding delivery. We will permanently erase your account and all your information if you request deletion. You can also create a new account.
